  • K Drill, How They Doing?
I just put my tape measure across it, and it's either right on at 8 or just a touch less. The power point makes it hard to get a true straight line. Clam plate is not needed, but I think it helps keep you drilling straight and saves on the wrists. After drilling 60 holes without it, I could fee [...]
  • Fish House Frame Coatings
Anouther vote for POR15. Ive got 2 seasons on mine and aprox 4000 miles with excelent results. Only bad spots I have are where it rubbed on the concrete and one small spot behind each wheel where the rocks off the tires must get around the mud flaps and have chipped it off.
  • Just couldn't let it go....

  • Wheel house auger
Thanks guys, I pulled the plug and purchased the Ion at $449. About the only negatives I have read about is the battery life and most of those are from those who don't own one. So I guess the jury is still out on that. Hopefully it will serve many years as my wheelhouse auger.

  • Crappie-Killing Pike
[quote=Stick500]What sort of a situation would this be that a pike could catch that many? Aluminum props are relatively cheap, and often aren't worth repairing. I just brought one into Mark's Prop Shop today (Stacy). He looked at it and said it was repairable ($70), but said a new one is around $100 and recommended that instead. He didn't have any new ones on hand, but in [...]
